Refund Policy

As most of the items are made to order, there is no refund policy. If there are faults on arrival, please contact us to discuss this.

Faulty Items

If there is a fault with your order on arrival, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery so that we can try to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible.

Unwanted and Incorrect Sizing

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Please contact us if you have any issues, although we can not accept a return or offer a refund we would try our best to help resolve the issue for you.
